Question 1

Do I have to film every video?

Accepted Answer

No. You film once (2 minutes) to build your twin; after that you only record your voice for each script.

Question 2

Why record in my own voice?

Accepted Answer

Your real voice is more authentic. You read from the screen and can re-record for free.

Question 3

What are video minutes?

Accepted Answer

Your plan includes minutes of finished reels each month. A reel is usually 30–60 seconds.

Question 4

What if I run out of minutes?

Accepted Answer

Top up any time with minute packs, or upgrade your plan.

Question 5

Do you post for me?

Accepted Answer

No. We deliver the reel with caption, hashtags and a posting reminder; you post it.

Question 6

Which dialects do you write in?

Accepted Answer

Question 7

Can I change my look or outfit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add new looks for the same twin within your plan, or buy an extra look.

Question 8

What if I don't like a reel?

Accepted Answer

You can request a new version from the reel page (a different look, caption style or a new voice recording); each new version uses your balance like any reel. If a reel has a clear technical defect (e.g. audio out of sync or a broken file), report it from the reel page and, once we confirm it, we credit its minutes back. If production fails technically, nothing is deducted.

Question 9

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and your library stays available for a while after. Annual plans are paid once a year; minutes and monthly allowances renew every month on the same day. If you cancel, we refund the amount paid minus (months started × full monthly price), never below zero. A month counts from its first day even if no minutes were used. Card fees are not refunded. You see the exact amount before confirming.

Question 10

Payment methods?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard and other cards via Stripe, securely encrypted.
